Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into core offerings
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and influence organizational decision-making
- Mentor innovation teams on future technology implications and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
