Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate vision into actionable implementation plans
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Partner with R&D to prototype breakthrough solutions for next-gen challenges
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors on tech evolution
- Build competitive intelligence systems monitoring global tech disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, IoT, and quantum computing
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in matrixed environments
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
