Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech fusion) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Design and execute innovation pilots for 2026 market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Build and manage a cross-functional innovation lab with startup partnerships
- Develop future-proofing frameworks for organizational tech resilience
- Present tech foresight insights to stakeholders and investors
- Drive cultural transformation to embrace experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in futures thinking or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight work required
