Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning to identify 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps for quantum/AI integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for emerging tech initiatives
- Present future technology briefings to board and investors
- Lead cross-continental innovation teams across 3 time zones
- Drive patent strategy for next-gen computing solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or MBA
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives (>100 teams)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC markets
