Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI governance frameworks, and climate tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen systems with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, government bodies, and Fortune 100 companies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies with global impact potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech innovations with societal oversight
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on technology adoption timelines
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-facing technologies with 5+ year planning horizons
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transitions
- Strong understanding of global technology policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies (patents, journals, or keynotes)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Futures Thinking preferred
