Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects scaling to commercial deployment
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and other innovation hubs for thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with venture capital and startup ecosystem dynamics
