Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and generative AI
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology implementations
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ innovation funding for strategic projects
- Mentor junior researchers in future-tech methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
