Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams and delivering enterprise-level innovations
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, quantum encryption standards)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
