Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing product and service concepts
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological adoption impact
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with scalable implementation plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIMP) preferred
