- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Author thought leadership publications in IEEE and TechCrunch
- Mentor emerging engineers in future-tech ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2026+ tech ecosystem planning experience
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotechnology
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers on human-computer interaction evolution
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
