- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and bio-integrated tech
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and synthetic biology labs
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Monitor horizon-scanning signals from global research hubs and academic consortia
- Champion sustainable tech practices across product lifecycles and supply chains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with demonstrated quantum/AI transformation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in emerging tech ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act compliance)
- Proven ability to secure $50M+ R&D budgets from institutional investors
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Board-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale technology ventures
