Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 3-5 year vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Lead proof-of-concept projects for next-gen tech adoption
- Partner with product teams to integrate innovations into customer solutions
- Establish tech partnerships with Silicon Valley and global research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investors
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and build future tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or executive innovation roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with Fortune 500 digital transformation programs
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Strong network with venture capital and tech incubator communities
