- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4, neuromorphic computing) and develop mitigation/adoption strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate modeling and personalized medicine
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for future-forward initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams in futuristic thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or product innovation with 3+ years focused on future tech forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record developing 5-year+ tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends: Web4, neuromorphic computing, climate tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, IFTF)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and future-back methodologies
