Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for global markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs specializing in future technologies
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Design scalable architecture for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration frameworks
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology adoption and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable energy systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technology applications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous and AI-driven systems
- Strong track record of securing multi-million dollar innovation grants or partnerships
