Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems

- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants for sustainable tech initiatives
- Present disruption forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic architectures
- Proven track record in securing innovation grants (>$5M)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
- CISSP or equivalent security certification
