Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and manage an internal Future Council of industry experts and academic partners
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology practices across divisions
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and shape industry standards for 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching future-facing initiatives (e.g., metaverse, Web3, AGI)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting (e.g., CFIP, CTF)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
