Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields: quantum computing, generative AI, and carbon-neutral tech
- Conduct feasibility studies for next-gen infrastructure projects (autonomous systems, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on futuristic technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex tech landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
