- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead R&D initiatives in biotech and renewable energy innovation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3+ concurrent projects
- Mentor 15+ engineers and researchers through rapid prototyping cycles
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging standards in sustainable tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Biotechnology
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI solutions to production
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies with PMP certification
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (2018-2023)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
