- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental tech projects
- Present future-vision briefings to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Build and lead a 15-person specialized innovation lab team
- Secure patents for breakthrough technologies in AR/VR and sustainable computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to production
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for experimental tech
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Portfolio of deployed futuristic technologies (blockchain, AGI, etc.)
