Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech fields including neural interfaces and biocomputing
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior researchers and establish innovation incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and market analysis
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI governance and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
