Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience with AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech ecosystems
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in competitive analysis and market trend forecasting
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and budgets >$10M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in future technology or strategic foresight
- Certification in technology management or innovation methodologies preferred
