Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quantifiable KPIs
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, Web4.0)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, marketing, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend forecasting
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Mentor junior strategists and build the future tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech areas: AI, blockchain, AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Exceptional data analysis and financial modeling skills
- Strong stakeholder management across global organizations
