Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen biotech interfaces
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals (neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and government labs
- Present future-tech forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation sprints to validate breakthrough concepts
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in AI/quantum computing commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (neurotech, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience securing federal grants and innovation funding
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
