Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with market evolution
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor internal teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (IEEE, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to market leadership
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ vision projects with measurable impact
