- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and test next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 3-5 year tech horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management expertise
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy)
