Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and decentralized systems
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive tech opportunities and threats
- Develop patentable innovations in human-machine interaction and sustainable tech
- Present tech vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate spin-off technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Portfolio of launched tech products with measurable impact
