Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruptors to inform strategic product development
- Design and execute innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with proven innovation track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong background in product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with history of launching innovative solutions
