Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record implementing quantum/AI/blockchain solutions
- Expertise in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
