- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least three future tech domains: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks and technology maturity models
