Responsibilities

- Lead innovation labs and hackathons to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge technology adoption
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future technology implementation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in technology innovation
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5-year planning success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight credential preferred
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in trend forecasting tools and scenario planning
