Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for bleeding-edge R&D
- Analyze emerging technologies (Web4, AR/VR, decentralized systems) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
