Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech ecosystems
- Translate futuristic concepts into scalable business models and MVP prototypes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in launching futuristic products/services (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or biotech innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment decisions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Management preferred
