Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market forecasts and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, sustainable tech)
- Establish partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Oversee patent portfolio development for breakthrough innovations in AI ethics and climate tech
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons and incubation programs for emerging talent
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven success in forecasting and implementing future-forward solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR and 10x market impact
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Experience scaling tech teams to 500+ professionals across global innovation hubs
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend analysis
