Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and renewable energy solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen tech products with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present tech strategies to investors and board members securing $50M+ in funding cycles
- Ensure all initiatives align with UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience securing federal grants for tech innovation ($10M+)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ tech patents or industry-shifting innovations
