Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 tech adoption roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Create ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface deployment
- Present future visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of leading tech transformation initiatives from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R/Julia)
