Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, metaverse, etc.) and assess their strategic relevance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into development pipelines
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitor innovation strategies
- Establish KPIs to measure success of long-term technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-year tech transformation roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
