- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Quantify ROI on experimental technologies through pilot programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (e.g., blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology impact assessments
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
