Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on future tech applications
- Experience with EU AI Act and US Innovation Act compliance frameworks
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM Q) and Sustainable Tech (ISO 20121)
