Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (Web4, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives, PhD researchers, and venture partners
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Drive $50M+ R&D initiatives in next-gen human augmentation and climate-tech solutions
- Establish industry standards through thought leadership at Davos, CES, and IEEE summits
- Mentor a global team of 20+ futurists, data architects, and bio-engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 3+ years in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Systems Philosophy
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE on future technology implications
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and genetic editing
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Security clearance preferred for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
