Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) to identify competitive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future tech vision to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption
- Mentor innovation teams on futuristic technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology, AR/VR
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience scaling tech innovation in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
