Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify next-gen investment opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, TOGAF)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
