Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap with quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in climate-tech and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with 10-year vision
- Identify emerging threats/opportunities in quantum security and AI ethics
- Manage $50M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Present strategic blueprints to board and industry consortiums
- Mentor next-gen tech futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech
- Proven success leading $100M+ innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced degree in CS, Physics, or Sustainable Engineering
- Experience with quantum security protocols and AI governance
- Certification in Tech Futures Strategy (TFS) or equivalent
