Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year tech roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with UN Sustainable Development Goals team to create carbon-negative tech standards
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum-resistant security infrastructure
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and tech governance
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Previous experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
- Speaker at Web Summit or similar tech conferences
