Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons for future tech exploration
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation budget for future tech initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure progress against 2026 strategic goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean startup principles
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
