- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for emerging technologies with measurable ROI pathways
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech vision into corporate strategy
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio, overseeing vendor partnerships and R&D investments
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Mentor a team of 15 technologists and futurists in rapid prototyping and agile innovation cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business opportunities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and commercialization domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
