Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in future-casting methodologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum solutions in regulated industries
- PhD in Systems Engineering, Computational Theory, or related field
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech convergence
