Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and emerging tech adoption
- Drive innovation pipeline management from concept to market validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging fields
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or neurotech
- Track record of launching future-oriented products with >$50M ARR impact
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred) or equivalent innovation leadership
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of 3+ future-tech projects with measurable outcomes
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
