Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercialization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with real-world applications
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into existing ecosystems
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Deep understanding of tech adoption lifecycles and market dynamics
