Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI initiatives at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with focus on future tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature on next-gen computing models
- Experience with UN SDG tech initiatives or similar global frameworks
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and responsible innovation
- Proficiency in scenario planning for tech disruption (2025-2030)
