- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage annual $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused tech roadmaps (5+ year planning horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
